Accompanying it with soft music can help to achieve an optimal state of relaxation and should never be done if the woman feels any type of pain or discomfort.

It is important that you know that this type of massage, like immersion baths in beaches, swimming pools or tubs, are not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy, and also that there are certain parts of the body of a pregnant woman that should not be subjected to massage or direct pressure, such as the area between the ankle bone and the sole of the foot, as this area is related to the uterus and vagina, and some experts believe that it can cause premature labor. You should also avoid massaging irritated skinswollen, varicose veins, or infected areas.
