Autumn is the right time to use a warming diet that keeps the body warm, protects against cold and reduces the risk of infection. It is worth including in the daily menu cereal (especially millet, which strengthens and helps to cope with the first symptoms of the disease). In addition, take good care of your presence fatty fish - mackerel, salmon, tuna (watch out for heavy metals! - read the fish in the child's diet), garlic, ginger and onions, as well as warming spices - turmeric, cinnamon, thyme, marjoram, cardamom, rosemary, ginger, cloves.
